How much does shipping a package from the US cost via Prostobox?

Calculate the exact shipping cost for your package in the calculator on the home page. The price depends on the shipping plan, weight and destination country. Top up your account with international Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, Stripe or USDT. The AI assistant helps fill out the customs declaration from an order screenshot or a product link.

What is the SuperFast plan and who is it for?

SuperFast is Prostobox’s most popular plan for self-buyers in Russia. Air shipping from the US takes 5-10 days. It works for single shipments: you buy the item yourself, send it to our US warehouse address, and select SuperFast before the package arrives at the warehouse. Express and Econom are better when you want to consolidate several orders into one package. Calculate the exact price for your weight and city in the calculator on the home page.

Is Prostobox good for resellers and reselling US goods?

Yes. Prostobox has a dedicated toolkit for business. The API automates package creation, customs declarations and tracking retrieval. Cashback is up to $3 for each non-promo package. The referral program pays $2 for every package shipped by a customer you referred. Most countries have their own duty-free limits. If an order exceeds the limit, you can split it into several packages so each one stays within the duty-free allowance. Calculate the duty amount for your country in the customs calculator.

How do I connect the Prostobox API to my site or bot?

Send a request in the website chat, and onboarding will take one business day. The Prostobox API creates packages and customs declarations automatically and returns tracking numbers, statuses and payment data. Servers are based in Russia; personal data handling complies with FZ-152.

Do I have to fill out the customs declaration myself?

Not necessarily. The AI assistant helps fill out the customs declaration and recipient details from an order screenshot or a product link. If you’d rather hand it off entirely, a warehouse agent will prepare the declaration. Before ordering, check the restricted items list so your package does not get stuck at customs.

How can I pay at US stores without a foreign card?

Use free Prostobox personal shopping. Sign up, build your order in your account, add promo code GETITNOW, and our agent will pay for the item with a US card and receive the package at our US warehouse. iHerb has a separate GETIHERB promo code with a fixed shipping price of $9.99 per kilogram. Details are on the promo page. Personal shopping is free at most stores, but there is a short list of exceptions; the full list appears in your account during checkout.

What customs duty applies to packages from the US?

Customs rules and duty-free limits depend on the recipient country. Each country has its own value and weight thresholds; if they are exceeded, customs duty and a customs fee may apply. Calculate the exact amount for your city in the customs calculator.

Parcel No. 1533375 Tracking number 10334343250 This is my second order on pochtoy.com. I bought the item myself on the Apple.com website, and they delivered it to My address at the pochtoy.com warehouse in the USA. The guys packed everything (excellent, by the way), and the parcel flew to Russia. The whole journey until I received it took 12 days, including customs clearance. Thank you so much!
